This policy explains what personal information this website collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. It applies to arianebibas.com and this site, operated by Ariane Bibas.
Who we are
Mortgage services are provided by Ariane Bibas as a loan officer of C2 Financial Corporation (NMLS #135622; Ariane Bibas NMLS #2833531). Real estate services are provided through Cal State Realty, a DBA of C2 Financial Corporation (CA DRE Broker #01821025; Ariane Bibas CA DRE #02225025). Design, branding and website services are provided by Ariane Bibas Design, a fictitious business name of Designed by Bibas, LLC, a business separate from C2 Financial Corporation.
Information we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone number and message when you use the Send a Message form, book a call, or email us.
- Calculator and Loan Finder details: the numbers and answers you enter. These stay in your browser unless you ask us to email you a report, in which case we receive them with your contact details.
- Chat: the messages you type into the automated assistant, and any contact details you choose to share there.
- Technical information: standard server data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and follow up on the service you asked about.
- To send you the reports or information you request.
- To call or text you, only if you gave consent for that by checking the consent box or agreeing in chat. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
- To keep records required for licensing and compliance, and to protect the site against misuse.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- With C2 Financial Corporation, when your request concerns mortgage or real estate services.
- With service providers that run this site on our behalf: website hosting, our contact and lead database, email delivery, appointment scheduling, and the provider that powers the automated chat. They may use it only to provide those services.
- When required by law, regulation or a licensing authority, or to protect rights and safety.
If you apply for a loan
Applications are submitted through C2 Financial Corporation's secure application portal. Information you provide there is handled under C2 Financial Corporation's own privacy notice, which you will receive as part of the application process as required by federal law.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email ariane@arianebibas.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may be kept where the law requires it, for example loan records held by C2 Financial Corporation.
Do Not Track
Because we do not use advertising trackers, this site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and longer where licensing or recordkeeping rules require it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security or account numbers through the contact form or chat.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
